  Overall we have been quite happy with the service here. My only negative comment is that they don't always have a nurse on duty, so if you need a vaccination you can't do it on certain days/at certain times.

  I booked a appointment through their website on a Sunday afternoon as they don't operate over the weekends. I was excited to see a doctor who specialises in woman's health and the fact this practice is door steps away from my home. I went through the online procedures and even confirmed my appointment in this manor. On Tuesday I grabbed my phone to see I'd received voicemail messages from their receptionist asking me to confirm my appointment yet again and if I did not do so asap they were going to give my appointment to someone else. Needless to say, as I only discovered these messages before my visit, I felt I'd probably lost my appointment and didn't bother attending. I am annoyed that they have the option to make a online booking that requires detailed information and a confirmation, yet they'll still ring you to take that appointment away if you do not call them yourself. Whomever allowed the go ahead of giving peoples appointment away should reconsider that, it's ridiculous. Don't bother using a online booking format if you're not going to uphold those bookings. It's cost them this new client.
